A Definite Eye-Opener

In short, this book is awesome. I learned a whole new way of interacting with my body, in a very short amount of time. This book can be read in about an hour. It's packed with information, yet witty and entertaining. Dain gives several Access Awareness tools and perspectives to facilitate communion and fun with our bodies. I've had this book for about a month, and have read it twice already.

Candid, holds nothing back

I found this book very interesting because it made me questions some of the ideas and beliefs I had. It shattered some points of view, and shifted others. Very easy read, yet I found my mind fighting me at time. Don't read this book unless you are ready to shift things in your life.

I read Dr Dain's book called "Being You - Changing the World" and it was great! I was very excited about getting this book and loved the title. I was disappointed and felt that it lacked content. I would definitely recommend "Being you..." but not this one.
